Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. The same obligations apply to similar tools, such as the browser's localStorage and sessionStorage, which this site uses to keep the selected language, the reserved area session and your cookie choices.

On your first visit a banner appears with three equally prominent buttons — Accept all, Reject all, Customise — and a close (X) control, which counts as a refusal. No third-party content is loaded before your choice. In the "Customise" panel, non-technical categories are off by default. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, as easily as you gave them, through the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of every page. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again; we also record the date, banner version and outcome of the choice (without identifying data) so that we can demonstrate it, as required by Art. 7(1) GDPR.

Exempt from consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and Art. 45c of the Swiss Telecommunications Act: • cmp_lang (localStorage) — stores the selected language (IT/DE/EN); duration: until manually deleted. • cmp_consent (localStorage) — stores your cookie choices; duration: 6 months. • cmp_token (cookie) — present only after signing in to the reserved area; duration: until logout or session expiry. • cmp_visited (sessionStorage) — prevents double counting of the same visit; cleared when the browser is closed.

For security and service improvement purposes we record, without cookies and without third-party tools, aggregated visit data: date and time, page visited, language, device and browser type, referring site, truncated IP address (last block replaced with 0) and the country/city estimated from that truncated address. This data does not allow us to identify you, is not combined with other information and is not disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes. We do not use Google Analytics, social network pixels or session recording.

Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) on the contact page: without your consent you see a static panel with a button to load it on request and a link that opens the map directly on Google. When you choose to load it, Google may set cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). No other third-party content or widget is present on the site.

The fonts used by the site are hosted on our own servers and are not requested from external services: displaying them does not disclose your IP address to Google Fonts or any other provider.

You can delete cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair the site, in particular the language setting, the storage of your cookie choices and access to the reserved area.

If new cookies or third-party tools are introduced, this policy will be updated, the banner version increased and consent requested again before any installation.
