Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user's device to ensure its correct operation, remember navigation preferences or collect statistical information in aggregated form.

We use only strictly necessary technical cookies, which do not require the user's consent under art. 45c TCA (Swiss Telecommunications Act) and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code: • cmp_lang — stores the language selected by the user (IT/DE/EN); duration: 12 months. • cmp_token — present only after logging into the reserved administration area; duration: 24 hours or until logout. We do not use third-party cookies or behavioural analysis tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). Anonymous visit statistics: for security and service-improvement purposes we record, without the use of cookies, aggregated and anonymous visit data (date and time, page visited, language, country/city estimated from a truncated IP address that cannot be traced back to the person, device type). This data does not allow the visitor to be identified and is not shared with third parties. To avoid double counting we use temporary session storage (sessionStorage), which is automatically deleted when the browser is closed.

The user may at any time delete technical cookies through the browser's privacy or history settings. Disabling technical cookies may impair the correct operation of the website, in particular language storage and login session in the reserved area.

Should non-technical cookies or analytics tools be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and prior consent will be requested from the user through a cookie banner compliant with the applicable regulations.
